Laboratories
There are 41 computer laboratories in all the faculties and schools of our university and 1940 computers in these laboratories. Our students can benefit from the computer labs spread throughout all academic units, as well as free of charge.
The laboratories used in education and research activities provide researchers with broad application and research opportunities in almost every branch. A total of 225 laboratories and 44 workshops are equipped with advanced technology and are constantly being improved both in terms of space and technical equipment.
In the language laboratory in Mersin Vocational School, General English and Vocational English courses are given to all programs.
Library
Library services are provided with a 3000 square meter Ciftlikkoy Central Library, 800 square meters Yenişehir Branch Library and 400 square meters Information Access Hall, with a total area of 4200 square meters and a capacity of 294 people. The library services can also be accessed via the internet with free access internet lounges consisting of a total of 306 computers.
By the library; Information and guidance services, lending services, providing interlibrary loan services, obtaining ISBN and ISSN numbers for university publications, cataloging and classification services, information scanning services; And subscriptions to databases that provide full text access to tens of thousands of sources.
All books and documents have been transferred to the Library Automation System in accordance with computer-based functional librarianship understanding. Library collection; It consists of a large number of magazines with 71,563 books, 33 database subscriptions, 805 printed subscriptions, 1,312 theses, 350 brochures, 259 audio books and 350 CDs.
The Visually Impaired Service, established for visually impaired users to benefit from library and information technology, has audio books consisting of psychology, literature and communication. Visually impaired users can search through the internet with screen reading program, benefit from any library scanner and screen reading program they want to use from the library, listen to the audio book CD's and their own CDs in this section.
Information Technologies
Internet technologies, which are indispensable elements of everyday life and science world, are actively used in our university. All campuses and high schools use 3,600 computers and on-line network facilities and internet.
Our students and faculty members are able to use the internet via ftp, e-mail, library document scanning system and radio services. Our students are able to register, update and learn their notes on the internet via Student Information System (ÖBS); Our lecturers have the opportunity to approve course registration and to enter notes. The Personnel Information System (PBS) is a program in which all university staff can follow their personal information and staff information.
Patented and manufactured Web kiosks belonging to Mersin University, provide free and indefinite internet access and completely free software applications. Free internet access terminals with metal enclosures and wall mounts were installed at a total of 100 points in all the schools in the city center and districts.
Sports Facilities
In addition to education and training activities, Mersin University has made numerous successes throughout the world and throughout the country. Health care
Mediko Social: Ciftlikkoy Campus The health unit located in the city acts as the first reference center for students' health problems. There are 3 full-capacity dental treatment units and examination rooms and laboratories capable of performing all kinds of diagnosis and medical analysis in a health unit serving with 1 family physician, 3 general practitioners, 3 dentists, 2 nurses and 1 laboratory technician.
The complaints of the students and staff who apply to the health unit are evaluated by doctors, diagnosed and treated, and the referrals of the patients deemed necessary are made to the hospitals which are the upper unit.
Health Research and Application Center:
The Research and Application Center, which was opened in 1999 after the passing of the Faculty of Medicine, was named as the Health Research and Application Center in 2007. The center that provides education, research, and application in all fields related to health services, provides quality health services to Mersin and the people of the region at the same time.
Equipped with extensive facilities for further examination and treatment, the Center for Health Research and Application is the academic unit that is most intertwined with the urban population. In the center which has 403 beds capacity and performs all kinds of advanced examination and treatment like open heart surgery, kidney transplantation and liver transplantation in total 42 branches, Since its foundation, there have been 3 million surveys and treatments and 65 thousand surgeries.
The center, structured in light of the latest developments in technology and science and considering the needs of modern hospitals, has the TSE-ISO EN-9001-200 Quality Management System document.
In addition, it is planned to open the hospital building where the 400 beds, 21 operating theater and intensive care units will be located, which will be under construction at Çiftlikköy Merkez Campus.
Dining Hall Services
All campuses and units of the university regularly serve lunch consisting of four different dishes every day. The food produced in the central kitchen in the Çiftlikköy Campus is distributed to the faculties, vocational schools and vocational schools in the provinces.
The central kitchen and cafeteria located at Çiftlikköy Campus provides an average of 13,000 catering services every day. OHSAS, HACCP, ISO 9001-2000, TSE Quality Certificate, there are 9 saloons with a total of 1,079 sessions. All food production and distribution services are carried out by experienced cooks and staff under the supervision of food engineer.
Yenişehir Campus, which serves an average of 1,200 catering per day, serves 725 square meters inland and 3 separate seats.

Apart from these, it is possible to rent good and cheap apartments or rooms in holiday and winter months. Our students' need for housing has been significantly reduced by the opening of private dwellings.

Numerous conference and meeting rooms are available in various capacities for scientific, social and cultural activities. In addition to the schools in the faculties and high schools, the halls located in the Çiftlikköy Campus meet the needs of our university as well as the university.

Application Kindergarten and Preschool
Application Kreşi and Kindergarten, which continue its activities depending on the Faculty of Education, create a field of application for the students and provide pre-school education for children between 3-6 years of age. There are 5 classrooms, a dormitory, a kitchen and a play room in the Application Kreis and Kindergarten located on the Yenişehir Campus. Practice Kreşi and Kindergarten, with a capacity of 100 students, provide contemporary education to children of Mersin University employees.
Psychological Counseling and Guidance Services
The Psychological Counseling and Guidance Center, which carries out its studies at the Çiftlikköy Campus, is a student service unit which provides psychological counseling and guidance services within the Mersin University. The aim of the Center is to support our students to develop at the highest level and in a multi-faceted way from the individual, social, educational and professional perspectives. In parallel, it conducts preventive and developmental studies on various problems that may arise in the learning process.
The center continues its activities in the fields of individual psychological counseling, group counseling, group psychological counseling and guidance by planning the priorities of our university and our students in accordance with their needs.

There is a shopping mall in Çiftlikköy Campus that meets social facilities needs of students and instructors. Transportation
Transportation to our university campuses is provided by various means of public transport and university vehicles. Almost every day of the day, all campuses of the university can be easily reached.
Ring trips between Ciftlikkoy and Yenisehir Campus provide free transport to students and staff. University buses regularly serve throughout the day, providing transportation between both campuses as well as on campus.
